Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Canay, a voice-first AI chat widget for websites, operated by STAND OUT BRANDING LLC (EIN 30-1434335), 30 N Gould St, STE R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("Canay", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Canay. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to accept these Terms on behalf of any business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. What Canay Does

Canay lets you embed a voice and text AI chat widget on your website. The widget answers your visitors' questions using a knowledge base you configure. You install it with a script snippet; we handle the AI, hosting, and voice infrastructure.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Canay to distribute illegal or harmful content, generate spam, harass or deceive users, circumvent rate limits, scrape or reverse-engineer the platform, or embed the widget on sites that host adult content, hate speech, malware, or other prohibited material. We may suspend your account for violations without notice.

4. Your Content & Customer Data

You retain ownership of your knowledge base content and the conversation data generated through your widget. By using Canay you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit that content to the extent necessary to deliver the service, including sending messages to third-party AI providers to generate responses. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consents from your website visitors for the data processing described in our Privacy Policy.

5. AI Output Disclaimer

AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. Canay does not guarantee the accuracy of anything the widget tells your visitors. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your knowledge base and for the information your widget communicates on your behalf.

6. Pricing

Canay is free during the beta period. After beta we will introduce paid plans and will give you reasonable advance notice before any charges apply. You can cancel your account at any time.

7. Intellectual Property

The Canay name, logo, platform code, and documentation are owned by STAND OUT BRANDING LLC. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the platform.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time during beta. You can delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Canay is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, STAND OUT BRANDING LLC's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim (which is $0 during the free beta period).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes we will notify you by email. Your continued use of Canay after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
